Teenager hates body

Anyone else having issues with 16 yr old hating body ?

Depends why. If she over Weight. Has she got proper bras. High waisted jeans etc. My 11 yr old says this and she's slightly bigger than her peers at 9st and 5ft2 so she's overweight. Xx

15 year old is. He says during lockdown he hates himself. Hates his weight, and his body. I’ve always tried to get him eating fairly healthy. He’ll eat veg but no fruit and even then these days he refuses to eat most homemade foods. He’s rather have chicken burgers, pizza etc. even when he’s telling me how much he hates how he looks. He’s just asked me to find him a personal trainer. He was going to start a gym but doesn’t want to be seen by others and wants to do it privately. I’m sort of at a loss at the moment with all my suggestions to him
