Sugar pot filled up at 5.30pm (about half a bag of sugar). 10.45pm and the pot is half EMPTY after apparently "three cups of tea" with THREE feckin' sugars in each. HOW CAN THIS BE??????

AAAAGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!

Obviously planning a career as a builder

Seriously....sounds like the normal teenage behaviour to me. You could try hiding/rationing the sugar.

I do ration the sugar. Once it's gone it's gone, but then he'll start on the bloody caster sugar or our lovely Demerera sugar that we have with coffee. It's a no win situation!!!

Make him buy his own!

It's milk that mysteriously vanishes in our house, although the teenager is not the culprit. It's the 10-year old with the hot-chocolate-made-in-the-Aerocino obsession. Complete PITA having to leg it to the corner shop first thing in the morning in the freezing cold 'cos there's no milk left for brekkie.

lol SmartArse. DS used to be the milk bandit too, but now knows my wrath only too well to even THINK about finishing the milk so there's none for the morning! At least DS has been trained in that respect!
