Yup, although two years in. We've found Ibuprofen lysodine (spelling?) helps A it's marketed as Feminax also as specific to migraines but it's the same drug.

I was like that when my periods started. I sometimes used to have to go and lie down in the first aid room in school.
Paracetamol helps, and my DM used to give me a drop off alcohol at bed time as it's a muscle relaxant and it helped me sleep. It didn't turn me into an alcoholi! At the time I really didn't like the taste.

Yes my DD has had a few periods where she’s vomited in the first few days. I took her to the doctor due to Heaney and very painful periods and she was prescribed Mefanamic Acid to help. She couldn’t take that in end as went on to another medication which was contra indicated with it so now on the contraceptive pill. No more pain and no more vomiting!

Heavy not Heaney!
