13 yr old Sleepover

Hello,

I wonder if I can get some advice as I'm drawing a bit of a blank. To summarise as much as possible, DD is 13 in August and is well on her way to being a teen, however at least once a week she begs to sleep in a camp bed in our bedroom for a "sleepover". More often than not we have let her as I am aware that the lockdown has put plenty of extra strain on children's mental health but I'm concerned she's getting overly reliant on us being there 24/7 and I'm worried about her. She has asked tonight and I have said no, as for my well-being I need that space tonight too as I hope other mums feel being with their children all day! Does anyone have any advice how I can broach it or do people think she'll just grow out of it?

She will grow out of it.
My dd1 now 17 used come in my bed to she was 15 until dh was going to bed.
When she started snapchat that was the end of wanting me so enjoy it when you can and maybe have a set night where your more relaxed like a friday tell her for a couple off hours but not the whole night.

She'll grow out of it, ds(17) was in our room much more often at that age. Is one night a week really a big deal?
