Painful spota

DS is in school and wearing a mask. His acne is well managed with Zineryt. He's woken up this morning with 3 large painful spots one one side. One by the nose and two by the mouth. Is there anything to clear them up ? They look like giant whiteheads and are red and sore. Any recommendations please ?

Are they definitely spots and not a reaction to something on the mask?

Plain cotton mask. Sterilised in boiling water every day. Looks like acne as red and full of white gunk

Poor lad. Can't offer any help sorry. Our DS is under dermatology for his acne.
