what exactly is 'second base' and should a fifteen year old be doing it with another of same age ?

As far as I know its boob fondling! I wouldnt be happy with dd or ds's doing this at 15 as I did stuff at that age that has left a pretty big emotional and mental scar - but thats just my opinion.

Not that I think it's terminology used by "da youff" these days, but I'd agree with 19lottie82, if I had to try to think of a description. Am 100% certain none of my teens would use the terminology though.
