Supplements for PMS

Don't know if this is the right place to ask, but am looking for some recommendations for supplements for my daughter for PMS . She went in the pill 2 years ago due to unstable moods, it was thought to be partly hormone driven . It has helped slightly but now she wants to come off. She's really worried she will get bad PMS so I'm looking for something to help her. She understands about diet etc .

Try vitamin b6 tablets

I used to get PMS so bad I was referred to the Hospital and seen there for quite a while. The only thing that ever helped was calcium supplements, with Covid-19 and winter so might benefit from a calcium and Vit D supplement anyway. The only other thing that helped was having DS but that might be one addition to far for her? Grin

Why does she want to come off them?

My daughter takes Clean Marine for women and I swear this has been the only thing that has worked. She has been taking it a while now and the difference in her is amazing. She is 16 going on 17 btw

One thing I forgot is that a little exercise helps massively too.

Thanks for your replies
@Ohalrightthen she has put in a lot of weight whilst on the pill and thinks it's making it worse. Plus not helping mood as much as she would like . @Snuggleworm will look at clean marine
