After GCSEs holiday

What did your teenager do after their gcses? Would you let them go away with some friends (unaccompanied)? And do you have any ideas for cheap places that let them do this. e.g camping or youth hostels

My son finished his GCSEs last year so (thanks Covid) there wasn't the option to go away. Even if there was I wouldn't have let him.
Maybe I would have agreed to something like Reading/Leeds festival with buddies

Isn’t Reading/Leeds festival a bit of a rite of passage for after GCSE’s these days? But if you’re talking for this year I doubt it will be going ahead.
