What time do u teens go sleep ?

Mine youngest is 14 and he's asleep at 11pm ish and up at 8am.

This of course is different when he's properly at school - I aim for 10pm then

Happy for him to go that little bit later at the moment but 11 is a cut off point: I don't believe in allowing teenagers to basically go nocturnal - I think it's better to have them in a proper pattern

DC2 is 13 and the phone goes off at 9pm in the week and 11pm at weekend. She really needs her sleep.

DC1 is 16. He's usually asleep between 11pm and midnight in the week and a bit later, but not always at the weekend.
