Hi. My son is 18 and lives with his dad but likes to stay with me most weekends (it's respite for him .lol). We're in a tier 2 area. Will he still be able to stay over? There are only 2 in his household and 2 in mine. He goes to college 2 days a week. My partner says that only young children are allowed to go between parents. Is this true?
