I’m a bit concerned for my dd14 , she’s an only child and recently going through normal teenage behaviour ie moody etc
However over the last few weeks I’ve noticed that she can’t really sit at peace sometimes , like tonight she has her earphones in but is constantly going into her room closing the door , coming back out again, walking downstairs into the kitchen , few seconds and then she walks back up into her room
, few seconds later back out and same thing again , I’ve watched her do this about 20 times just now in about 2 minutes !
Is this a form off ADHD or could she just be bored?
Should I be paying more attention to it or am I over reacting?

If this is all you're concerned about then it's definitely not ADHD!

Have you asked her what she's doing?
