Hi
Hoping to buy one for our DS to take some of his stress out on! He is very keen on watching martial arts, but haven't a clue what is good.

My ds has an Ironman freestanding punch bag. It's like a dummy man. You fill the bottom with sand or water. You need gloves obviously. My lad is into MMA etc and is very solid. This is designed for adults so can take a good beating from Ds. It really helps release his energy.

@oldbagface is it this sort of thing? Was hoping to spend under £200, so will shop around a bit. Having said that I don't want it to fall about

We got ours from eBay and was less than the one you've linked. I will try and get a link

We bought the one at the top from this seller. www.ebay.co.uk/sch/gamesandfitnessuk/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_ipg=&_from=
