Our neighbour's 16yr old daugher is looking after my 3 school age children for about 4 hours in the evening. What is the going rate? Thanks

I pay £4/£5 per hour less if all children in bed and no requiring attention.

Would be interested to know what other people pay.

About £20 for 4 hours plus lifts home if needed.

£4 per hour

Ours is £3 an hour (minimum of only 1 hour as well which is handy for things like parent's evenings) and she lives across the road so no lifts needed

£3 is fair. DD doesn't have an hourly rate & usually gets £10 or £15 for an evening.

Thanks all.
