Cycle training course

For my DD who is a teenager. Is it better to be part of a group or have individual lessons? She has only just learnt! Thx

Some councils run cycle training courses for various levels.
My daughter did 2 levels one at primary and one at secondary which was run by the council
However they also run courses outside of school

I'd use google or local facebook groups, there's a women's only cycling "club" local to me who mainly aim to build people's confidence and get them back on the road so something like that might suit? Or ring local bike shops as they often advertise these sort of things.
