Teen sneaking out at night

My daughter is 15, (16 in September) she split up with her boyfriend about a month ago and has gone completely off the rails. It started with her being awful at home, screaming at us over small things etc and now she out every day until late at night and refuses to say where. I don’t know most of her friends and recently she’s been refusing to come home and switching her phone off or not answering my texts and calls. Now she’s sneaking out of her bedroom window at night to meet someone. Last night I opened her bedroom door at 3.30am to check and she was gone. I rang her and threatened to call the police and she came home 15 minutes later saying I ruin her life. I think she’s seeing someone but won’t say who.

I’ve always had an agreement with her that she only gets her pocket money if she’s home on time every day and goes to school etc but since the pandemic she’s basically doing what she wants with no school and rules seem to have gone out of the window.

Am at my wits end and exhausted all the time from staying up wondering when she’s coming home. If she keeps doing it I’ve told her I’ll call the police but I’m not sure they can do anything either. What should I do?

Can't you lock her window and take all window and door keys to bed with you?

She removed her window locks so my husband is going to put new ones on today with a key.
It won’t stop her once she’s out just staying out and she’s switched off her phone location so I can’t see where she is. It only works with 4G so if she switches that off it doesn’t work
