Hi,
I have a neighbour who has an 18 year old son. The son's friends always come very late at night (about 1 in the morning) and they make a lot of noise outside (laughing, swearing etc). I have told the parents about this several times but they just laugh and shut the door in my face! The council came twice but then a few days later they would just start all over again. It is not just me- our other neighbors also complained.
Is there any other way I could get these boys to just be quiet?
