Partners and social distancing

Hi. My first time posting here. My son (17) and his GF have complied with lockdown and not seen each other. I am wondering what the expectations would be after lockdown finishes, from some other countries I see we may be allowed to meet others or a bubble of contacts but maintain social distancing. From my point of view they are low risk, provided they isolate if symptoms developed, limit contact with others etc, surely it isn't realistic to expect partners, teens or any age, who don't live in the same household to maintain social distancing from each other once they can legally meet again - this could go on for ages? Anyone else feel like this?

I asked my dd16 17 in July she said no way could she meet her bf and social distance and said he says same and both high risk
She has asthma (very mild) and he has type 1 diabetes I will be very worried about them meeting up when lockdown is lifted.
