I have a lovely DD who’s been down for about 6 months now. Relationship ended and running up to the exam season put on a stone and a half in weight. Unbearable to see her weight balloon and how unhappy she’s been.

She’s absolutely stunning looking but putting on weight has seriously affected her so she’s told me she wants to get fit and lose weight but I’m not the best role model when it comes to fitness!

Ive made sure to avoid bringing unhealthy snacks into the home.

What exercises could she do and is it possible to get fit from home? What equipment would she need? Any ideas?

Maybe get her a Fitbit and go for a long walk everyday listening to music. 10k per day.
Joe Wicks is great at 9am or later want and only 30mins

That sounds like a good idea, I’ll probably get fit too doing that with her.

A skipping rope! A seriously easy way to get fit in your own garden.
