13 year old at concert.

My 13 year old daughter and her 14 year old friend have tickets to see Melanie Martinez at the O2. She’s told me the age to get in unaccompanied is 14, she’s now worried she won’t get in.
She’s 14 in March, she’s already 5’7, and a very confident girl she could easily be 16.
Does anyone know how strict they are checking the age of everyone??

Looking on the website, the age for standing is 14+ and the age for sitting is 8+, although if you are under 14 you need to be accompanied by an adult. When they are going to see her, will your daughter be fourteen by then? If that is the case then I would advise you to bring ID just to be on the safe side, my children have had problems when going to vue cinema and not having ID for 15s which isn't the same situation, but if they are checking ID at the cinema then it is a possibility that they are enforcing the same strict regulations at the 02. My children like Melanie Martinez too!

Who bought her a ticket to a show she isn't old enough to attend?

She will get Id'd. My dd went to a concert at the o2 and I had to send a picture of her passport to her.
