16 year old DD had miscarriage

My 16 year old DD has had a miscarriage, I didn’t even know she was pregnant (she did, she wanted to keep the baby and is hoping to get pregnant again soon). I knew she was sexually active. The boy she got pregnant with is not her current boyfriend. Since then we’ve had a huge row, during which she punched me, repeatedly and during the struggle she did get a few bruises too. The Social services and police have been involved, but the allegations against me were dropped and a case against her opened and closed, by the police, for fairness, they said. My DD moved out that night to her Dads although she’s spent almost every waking moments at her 17 year old bf house with his mum, younger sister, her baby and a couple of younger siblings. Im at my wits end with her, not sure if I want her back at all but...... We are meeting this afternoon to talk about her coming home, but while I know what ‘rules’ etc I would like to base her return on, I know I have no power to enforce those rules. I have a couple of autoimmune diseases which are exacerbated by stress and to be honest I’m really struggling physically with pain and fatigue.

Does she have form for hitting you?

It doesn’t sound like it’s a good idea for her to come home.

It’ll be very bad for your health. You won’t be able to stop her getting pregnant. You’ll probably end up with her and a baby to look after.

Leave her be now and you might have a really good relationship in a few years when she’s matured.

No, she’s never hit me before. This was a first, it was almost like a frenzied assault.
