Juul vaping

Just discovered DS has been using a Juul. He's 17. He's hidden it from us, and frankly we've had much bigger issues in the past which I thought we'd got over - it's the deceit I don't like.

We are in the UK.

Any advice gratefully received.

It is a horrible habit and there will be health consequences discovered in the future for vapers. I wouldn't condone it, I wouldn't allow it in my house, I wouldn't fund it.

But other than that he's 17, an adult (in Scotland anyway), and it's legal to use, what can you do? By now he should be allowed to make his own decisions and allowed to keep them private.

I found one under my dd pillow one day and flipped because she has asthma.
She said it wasn't hers and I know she hates cigarettes so gave her the benefit off the doubt. In have no clue what to look out for to know if she is using vaping.
