14yo throwing food away

My 14yo boy has thrown his breakfast away and demanded something else. Should I relent and give him something different?

What was the breakfast? Doesn't he make his own breakfast?

Disclaimer: I don't have a 14 year old boy and don't know what they're like. However, if he had thrown away food I had made, without asking if anyone else wanted it or he hadn't requested anything specific then I'd be telling him to get himself something else.

I have a 14 year old boy, he would not get an alternative if he did this.

At 14 he can get his own food. Stop serving him and let him eat what he wants.

My aunt had 4 teenagers around the time of the "Feed the world" actions (the slightly older may remember).
After a food related incident her teens had to eat their meals facing a newspaper cut out foto of a starving child. Worked for them.

Totally agree with this sentiment.
