Help please

I have a 17 nearly 18 year old son
We argue all the time. He says some very hurtful things to me.
I don't know how to deal with this. I find myself arguing back and then it turns into a shouting match. I'm at the end of my therther..

Hi Annie, so sorry you're in this situation. Can't really offer much helpful advice, there's another thread going at the moment "Is parenting a teen adversely affecting your mh" which discusses this issue, maybe you'd find something on there?
