I desperately need advice/help. My 14 year old son is getting into a lot of trouble at school through his actions. I’ve tried everything I can to keep communication open, but he’s just shut himself off completely, I know he’s not doing drugs etc. But for 3 months now, he has completely changed, he’s disrespectful, rude, violent, won’t let us touch his phone...this is Wer my problem is...,internet and friends. I have 3 other older sons and non have been this bad and I have one with severe learning problems. I’ve taken him Docters but won’t talk, but swears. I don’t know how much more I can take, I have clinical depression and to be honest I hope I don’t wake up for another day of this shit!

Does he have friends at school?

Could he be being bullied/blackmailed?

I think you need to access his phone or try and get older brothers to find out what's going on.

Sudden behaviour changes can be down to drugs/hormones but often there's something else going on.

Can you arrange to go in and speak to his form tutor teacher?

Poor you, that sounds awful. If only we had a "military school" system like they have in the States where you can send teens away when they get too difficult to be at home. The military schools often sort them out pretty quickly. I wish I could offer advice to you, just wanted to send you some positive vibes.
