School excluding ADHD kid for her symptoms

My DD has adhd and in year 8. School have decided to exclude her for continuous low level disruption and no effort. Ive been told she never makes the effort to finish work or hand in homework and has chats and shouts out . The exclusion is due to her not passing report targets which are 1. Do not shout out or engage in conversations 2. Han din homework 3.100 percent effort in work. She has been through 3 reports ( tutor , HoY , SLT) and hasn’t passed either which concluded to the exclusion but how can she pass it if she can’t help the symptoms because she has ADHD . Is this right of the school ? Should’ve posted this at the start of the holiday season but I forgot . It’s a 2 day exclusion . I’m aware I’ve posted this elsewhere I just need Replies amd didn’t know where to post it .

It's the right of other students to have a good environment in school.

You had replied on the first post?

If she’s constantly shouting out then she is disturbing other students. What would you like the school to do instead?
