My teen daughter is usually lovely and doing well at school, but recently she has turned into a nasty madam. She refuses to clean, help out and is downright rude to both of us. Tonight I refused to give her a lift to her outing due to her terrible attitude. She texted a friend and her friends mum came to pick her up! And off she went 
- I’m just so shocked by her sudden poor behaviour. How do I stop this?!?!?!?!?!? AND how do I deal with her when she returns home? I just don’t feel like speaking to her at all after undermining me like that.
