17 year old wants to go to Paris - hotels, etc

My 17 year old DD wants to go to Paris next summer with a group of friends - she’ll be nearly 18, her friends are all in the same school year

Can anyone recommend or suggest a hotel or youth hostel who will accept under 18s?

I’ve had a nosy on the net and not had much luck

I’ve seen in some discussion forums that if parents send a signed letter, some hotels will accept them, but I can’t find anything definitive and my school-girl French is not helping

Any ideas or suggestions would be very gratefully received

Dd and her friends have booked places through Air BnB. She stayed at a Citadines in Paris for work experience without problems at 16 but was alone rather than in a group.
