Teenage boy, needs a new coat, he won't tell me what he wants apart from that it has to be navy blue and 'not lame' 🙄

Mine has one from Hollister. Faux fur lined parka.
Comes in navy and is considered "not lame". He's on his second year of it as I bought big, so the price-per-year is okayish

Mine is still wearing a down filled puffa as are his mates

LettuceP · 13/11/2018 10:28

Tell him the budget and he can look online and send you a few links, or go shopping for it together.

Mine has a similar Hollister. I think they are a good bet for being "not lame". Brands are always go down well teens.

DS (nearly 17) has just started wearing a coat again after years of thinking he didn't need one. I think his current one is from Levi's.

I always thought Superdry would be popular but that's a huge no no.

the north face coats are really popular with teenagers where I'm from

FelixTitling · 13/11/2018 19:12

North Face. But a thin one that can be squished up into his school bag when he doesn't want to wear it.

He didn't wear one at all last year so this is an improvement.

My son has a Nike blue puffa jacket. He loves it. Was very expensive though I think.

CaveDivingbelle · 19/11/2018 07:06

Good for nothing ( that's a brand btw) is the must have at my son's school...lovely fur hooded parka type coat £100 though...

BooToYouToo · 19/11/2018 07:34

North face and Ellesse for my son

donkir · 19/11/2018 07:37

Hollister or superdry for my 16yr old.

NeverEverAnythingEver · 19/11/2018 10:01

Karrimor from Sports Direct. Shock

BeardedMum · 19/11/2018 10:07

Hollister here too. Not too pricey and last forever.

Catsandbootsandbootsandcats · 19/11/2018 10:10

My teenagers have a duffle and a pea coat from Primark. I don't see any other teenagers wearing them though, so probably not fashionable!

FoxyDog1234 · 25/11/2018 14:08

Napapigri coats are fab for getting in with the lads and being ‘cool’. Also stone island but both are rather pricey (£180 and £250-300)
