Go to bed without worry.

DramaAlpaca · 21/10/2018 01:35

I trained myself to be a go to bed without worry-er, but it took some time to get to that stage.

JeanPagett · 21/10/2018 01:47

I claim to my kids that I am a go to bed without worry-er, but it reality I rarely sleep until I hear the door go

Donegal11 · 21/10/2018 22:31

Worry until they’re home

AnyFucker · 21/10/2018 22:32

Go to bed and stare at the ceiling

mathanxiety · 22/10/2018 00:54

Bed, sleep. No good to be gained by worrying. I keep my phone nearby.

corythatwas · 22/10/2018 09:37

Depends on age. With 15yos I waited up. With 18yo I go to sleep.

BigSandyBalls2015 · 23/10/2018 08:55

Depends where they've gone and who they're with. They have very different groups of friends.

BackforGood · 25/10/2018 23:54

Now, I go to bed without a worry (but eldest is now back from Univeristy, having lived away for 3 years, and middle one also now living away at university, so I've had a lot of practice.
I've had to 'train myself' in to it though.
It does depend on their personality and friendship groups too.
I used to go to bed but not really sleep when they were first going out late.
Now, I'm out like a light Wink

I am a stay awake mum. Now I feel a bit better as I know when she arrived at her friends house thanks to this new app:

Sparklingbrook · 29/10/2018 14:05

Got to bed and go to sleep and hope they don't wake me up when they get in.

BigSandyBalls2015 · 29/10/2018 17:54

How old is she Christi?
