I trained myself to be a go to bed without worry-er, but it took some time to get to that stage.

I claim to my kids that I am a go to bed without worry-er, but it reality I rarely sleep until I hear the door go

Bed, sleep. No good to be gained by worrying. I keep my phone nearby.

Depends on age. With 15yos I waited up. With 18yo I go to sleep.

Depends where they've gone and who they're with. They have very different groups of friends.

Now, I go to bed without a worry (but eldest is now back from Univeristy, having lived away for 3 years, and middle one also now living away at university, so I've had a lot of practice.
I've had to 'train myself' in to it though.
It does depend on their personality and friendship groups too.
I used to go to bed but not really sleep when they were first going out late.
Now, I'm out like a light
