Jeans for 14 yo DS

Have posted this in S&B and Chat with no luck so trying here
DS 14 is after a pair of Levi’s 510 skinny fit jeans. We’ve found the perfect pair online but I’m baffled by the sizing. The options are 2A up to 16A. What does that mean?? I’ve clicked on Size Guide but that doesn’t help confused. Any ideas?

Surely they are american women sizes.You need to look at american sizing

Looks like they are sized in ages 16s is 16 years old slim fit, 16h is husky fit and more than likely the A is the normal fit.

In French years is Ans, they use 2ans, 4ans etc so it just means years

I’m still confused Why would it be French? I wondered if A was “normal” fit but they’re skinny jeans anyway... doesn’t take much to confuse me tbf!
