My DD has been on a diet since December. She was slightly overweight for her height when she started, about 10 and a half stone, but now she's 8st 6 and not planning on stopping dieting. She lost it by eating healthily at first but this week alone she's lost 3lb, and just won't eat a lot. She had a period where she was about 12/13 where she would make herself sick to try and loose weight, but I thought it had been sorted after some therapy. I don't know what I can do, she's not little anymore and I can't make her eat but I'm just so worried.

Meant to add, she looks very skinny, ribs and collar bones sticking out badly. She has no energy and sleeps pretty much all day when she's at home.

Bulimia is not something that goes away, it can be triggered again by stress or anxiety. Will she talk to you about it, will she see the GP? If the therapist is private, would she go back if you offered?

Ask her to come to the doctor with you, and if she won't come, make an appontment yourself to tell him/her what she is doing.
