Text from friend .... Next door but one who we know but not too well ..... think they're away and teenager having a full blown party. What would you say?

I'd assume the parents trust the teen enough to leave them and home and expected them to have a party. What is a "full blown" party?

What did the text say?

If the text was from parents, I would go and knock on the door and say
'Hi, your mum has texted me to pop round and see if you are all right - I think she thinks you are having a party - ha ha."

is everything ok?
try and see past into the house, if trashed, phone parents, if not text parents back saying it looked ok as far as you can see, but no guarantees that they don't have friends etc round.
