Summer holidays - what to do!

The holidays are looming and I determined these kids - DD15 and DS14 are not going to spend the whole holiday lounging around on phones/fortnite!!!!! We are away for the last 10 days of hols but I have 4 weeks in front of me!
They don't get on well left to their own devices unfortunately, but are both quite active/sporty.
Money isn't that much of an issue - we can afford a good few day trips or maybe a couple of short breaks.
So far I'm planning a Go Ape and also taking them to Friends Fest overnight as that's the only TV prog we all really enjoy together.
Will also do a couple of days out with each one individually - shopping, tennis etc according to their own interests.
We are based in Warwickshire.
Any ideas? Many thanks in advance....

How about Alton Towers for a day?

How about getting them to do some voluntary jobs?

I've got a list of things to do this summer. As much as I want them to relax I also don't want them hiding in their rooms on devices for 6 weeks. Not sure how much they will see their school friends as they don't tend to bother much but we'll see family friends a fair bit. We are camping with friends, staying in a caravan with friends and going to Center Parcs. DD is also working at my parents hotel for a week. For days out I have trampoline park, cycling in local park (you can hire recumbent bikes there), lido, trips to London (we live fairly close), cinema, trip to coast, driving lessons (you can get them for 11 plus year olds all over the country), horseriding, rollerskating, geocaching, swimming (local pool does sessions with big inflatables), bowling.
