Hi all,
I am wondering if anyone has used the above with their teens and which may be best?
I'm thinking of giving them a go as my 12yo is at times in denial about periods and hates having to deal with it.
Anyone got experience of them
Thanx

Your daughter is going to have to deal with her periods, she can’t deny it or put it off. Personally I don’t think these are hygienic (but that’s my opinion).

I use these myself and have found them great they work really well unless you have a particularly heavy flow but you can always put a panty liner on top.

I do definitely think she needs to learn to care about her periods herself as she'll be stuck with them for a long time unless she's lucky and contraception makes hers stop Grin
Many girls go through this and I did have great distress with mine as I had to frequently change my pad while being in the worst pain imaginable(endo)
However I managed to pull through at the age of 9 so your DD should be okay :)

Buy her feminine hygiene wash and wipes and teach her about uadign them alongside it, I don't know about others but I always hobbled into the bathroom to freshen up often times haha
