Does anyone have any good resources for parents and teenagers regarding the emotional aspect of loosing weight?
DD14 is overweight. I found an 'improvement' list she had written and it included 'loose weight'. I want her to think about more in terms of move more and get a healthier body. But if I try and explain this she gets really upset and defensive.
So am I a looking for some kind of teensplain about body issues / female weight etc etc. Not on How to loose weight ( she simply needs to do more excersise) but the emotional stuff.
