School trousers!?

Not sure if right place for this - if not let me know where i should place it.
My daughter is 13 and approx 5 feet 5 inches tall and I’m struggling to find children’s school trousers that are long enough without being too big on waist.
Any advice for women’s trousers from somewhere not too expensive need to be fairly slim fit as she is slim and straight/boot cut just look silly on her

Got my dd(13) some black trousers from Tesco ladies section last week. She's slightly taller than your dd, found a wide range of trousers in various styles from size 6 priced from £8.

I did have a look on website but could only see skinny leg or ankle grazers??

M&S school trousers have adjustable waists, and seem quite long in leg to me.
John Lewis also seem to be long in leg compared with sizing.

I'm forever taking trousers up by inches for my shorter DDs even when I buy down age group.

Next do slim so buy the age 14 slim so they are longer but the size of age 13 . That's what I always did for dd until she started wearing skirts .. much easier !
