Anyone's teen (13yr) has a blog? Mine wants to have her own blog. Any advice?

No way would I let a 13 year old have a blog.

There’s government legislation in place that doesn’t allow children under 13 to have social media accounts (FB, Instagram, Snapchat, WhatsApp). That’s the minimum age and it’s there to protect children.

At 13, she’s opening herself upto attention (from people you can’t screen or control), criticism and cyber bulling. Is she mature enough to handle that?
