12 year's olds sleep insomnia

It's so miserable but my 12 year old has had a worsening sleep problem over 3 years Sad Does anyone know of a sleep counsellor in the Farnham/Guildford area?

No but my now 13 year old was bad for a while. Have you looked at her diet OP?
