My 13 year old Ds has broken out in spots all around his forehead, nose and chin, and a few on his cheeks. He seems unbothered by them and has refused all offers of getting him something to help. I was wondering if there were any OTC face washes etc I could just leave lying around casually in the bathroom.... maybe he will stop being so stubborn and give it a try! Any suggestions?

Benzyol peroxide from the pharmacy. I get it for my 14 year old. It can bleach towels bed sheets so they have to wash it off well. Always do allergy test with it.

Thank you, I will look into it.

My ds gets on well with Bulldog facewash which you can get in most supermarkets. It's not full of nasties and deffo calms his face, you can tell if he's tried to shirk it and has 'forgotten'

Furball that sounds suitably manly! Will have a look for it, thank you

It;s great marketing posie - but it's fairly cheap - look out for offers

They are currently 2 for 1 at boots

They do two sorts sensitive and original - he's used both no probs but I do tend to buy the sensitive one
