Advice on electric shavers please

DS (16) needs a shaver. He doesn't want to bleed so a razor is out.

There's too much choice and I can't work out what he needs. Can anyone recommend something? Is it worth paying more? From what I've seen I'd hoped the £40-50 mark would cover one.

He won't have enough to actually make a beard for a long time. Just fluff for now. His dad couldn't grow a decent beard until he was 30.

Ds (14 but very hairy already - like his dad) has a tesco one that cost about £20 and its great, he uses it about every 10 days so right now.
