OK, in the scheme of things , this isn't much, but...
My poor 12 year old son is a great fan of Habbo Hotel (multi player online game, popular with teens.)
He's spent a year collecting and trading furniture, and got some really nice rooms made up.
And some little sod has hacked his account and stolen all his stuff.
The site offer, basically, no help at all.
My poor boy is quite heartbroken.
