My child is doing drugs. What next?

I'm 99% certain that my 15 year old is using drugs.
I have his dealer's phone number and first name.
What should I do now?
I'm shocked and don't know what to do.
He definitely knows that drugs are bad so scientific evidence isn't going to help me convince him to stop.
I'm a single mother with younger children so I can't take him to school or stop his dad from giving him money.

What sort of drugs are they?
I found out my daughter was smoking cannabis... Or whatever it's called these days. Apparently the school know it's going on but they're not doing anything about it... I'm still not sure what to do..
We have Response here and I dragged her along to talk to someone about it. It hasn't stopped her but at least she's more aware now of what she is actually smoking..She hasn't, to the best of my knowledge, tried anything else as she is aware of the dangers.She also knows it's illegal .... As her mum I can't seem to dissuade her from smoking the stuff...her argument is that she uses it to relax in preference to drinking alcohol- also freely available it seems to under 18s..... I try and keep her literally penniless unless it's for bus fare or a £3.00 meal deal....no dad here either....

what drugs are they? It makes a big difference as to how to approach it.

You can buy cheap drug tests from Amazon. Do you have any means of control over him? Eg pocket money or wifi access?
