can anyone recommend travel insurance for a teenager?

going on his first holiday with his pals, hes 18, can anyone recommend good travel insurance? thanks

I am insuring ds19 with AA insurance. £19 for a week with no excesses. I can't really comment on how good they are though.

Assuming this is just a standard beach and bar trip, (no work) then get him to try the comparison sites and people like Direct Travel and Columbus. it shouldn't cost much. If it is Europe he also needs to apply for his EHIC.

remind him that he cannot use motorbikes/mopeds/quadbikes and be insured, and that insurance is invalid if he is too pissed or too drugged. Most of them survive but the patch up clinics are pay now and claim later, so he also needs access to funds if the worst happens.
