dd got a cut and now it's red, itchy and painful!
any ideas on what it is??

Just a bit of infection or inflammatory response. I would draw a dotted line round the dye of the red area to make sure it was receding

Bathe it with salt water to make sure its clean and if its gone any redder, hot or beyond the line you draw by tomorrow morning, have it looked at
