Aw, bless. Everyone thinks teenage boys are big, unfeeling lunks. Except their mums.

brimfull · 09/01/2007 17:20

2shoes · 09/01/2007 17:21

advice please how do you cheer them up or do you leave them alone?

OP posts:
wotzsaname · 09/01/2007 19:35

Not sure on that one, i expect ds needs to be left on own for a bit. Maybe gets some of his mates to go to pictures with him at weekend, tell him to ring around and you'll pay for 3 of them to go or something. Good luck. Not sure how old Ds is. Cuold drop them off and pick up, im sure they'd enjoy that. Something to look forward to and enough time to arrange.

2shoes · 09/01/2007 21:18

he was due to go with her on saturday. so perhaps not the pics.
He seems a bit better now. but is in the I have no freinds everyone hates me stage. so just giving him tlc.

OP posts:
wotzsaname · 09/01/2007 21:22

ah, it sad we we see those we love upset. Some hugs and tlc from his mum is just the thing.

MarsLady · 09/01/2007 21:23

I think pampering and a little mollycoddling and maybe a long walk over the weekend? It doesn't help when you're hurt though, does it? Seems only time does.

I am really really dreading this one

2shoes · 10/01/2007 08:38

Guess who isn't well today

Poor lad... I've got 2 sensitive boys, too. But they'll have the last laugh - the nice girls will be attracted to them rather than the thick macho types
