So what are you getting them as a 'main' present this year?

DD is getting a school trip as her main present. It's costing a few hundred pounds and is more than I'd normally spend, but it will be a great experience for her.

She's also getting a coat, trainers, and a load of stationery stuff.

Haven't really got a main present she just chose trainers and clothes I also got her a pandora ring.

Ticket to her first music festival with transport . Making up a "stocking" of "survival kit" such as ear plugs, wellie socks, glow stick, paracetamol, wet wipes and alcohol hand gel for the loos etc

My.daughter who is 13 got her first contract phone (she b.s. been warned to not to go over her an)
My son who is 17 got a tablet.
