just stumbled across this site, im only just no longer a teen myself now (20) =(
but i'd just like to say when i was at school i think the drugs education was crap, all the 'say no' to drugs, 'they can kill' etc etc doesnt work; kids rebel... and soon learn that the chances are the drugs wont kill esp if they are clued up on safety etc.
i think the education should be geared far more towards safety and facts - esp the aspect that drugs can strongly affect mental health and what an immense impact this can have within everyday life.
..there are always going to be many teens that will try / use drugs, as everyone has their own limits of what they think is acceptable and how far they would go. If they know that they can not only kill, but change and drastically mess with personality im sure theyd think twice about trying drugs or at leats abusing.. i know i would of!
