Jut doing a check on DD(14) phone and found that she has sent a topless photo on kik to some "boy" I'm fuming. I'm so upset by this as she knows all the consequence of what this can do etc. she doesn't know I know yet and don't know how best to handle this when all I want to do is go upset screaming at her. Help please

Talking from experience here - if she is going to behave like that the first thing you need to do is confiscate her phone and ban access to social media. Then calm down, and think about how you are going to tell her why you are disappointed and angry, why the behaviour is not acceptable and that you will NOT tolerate it

Do I delete her aps from the iPod/phone?

I don't want to get into it with her at this time of the night so do you think it would be best to talk to her tomorrow after school? How do I approach it. I'm shaking. Can't believe she's done this

I would take her gadgets off her immediately and tell her you know she has been abusing your trust and you will NOT discuss it with her until you have calmed down (tomorrow) I'm assuming she would rather speak to you when you are calmer than angry. I know it's difficult but teenage girls these days and camera phones/picture apps are an absolute nightmare and it requires such a firm hand. What she has done could possibly end up being brought up at school or even with the police (worst case scenario obviously don't panic but she doesn't know that)
