Bursary form help!

Hi, so my stepson has bought his bursary form home from college yesterday. It's asking if our household income is over 22,000 a year which it is, his dad earns 18,000 and tax credits take it over. So basically is there any point filling it in, will he not be entitled to anything? Thanks

Definitely fill it in. There should be a part on the form that asks for a breakdown which includes benefits - if not then put it in.
