Social media bullying - help!!

My dd has been badly bullied within school and she is very anxious as a result. Her one pleasure is taking part in a particular sport. Unfortunately one of the bullies attends school and her sports activity. Everytime she posts she makes a nasty comment. She has now made a fan page under my dds name and she is devastated. I have told her to stay off but she has a lot of good friends on there who share sporting info. We have reported the incident in Instagram and I am screen shotting all the abusive comments. Any other ideas/suggestions? Thanks

It's not a team they compete individually. Complicated to explain but it's not really her remit.

Is the activity connected with school? If so I think a trip to the head is required

Police! They take this kind of thing seriously these days. And screenshot everything!

Speak to her school and the sports coach. Is the bully at the same school as your DD?

I second getting evidence by screen shotting too though you might not need it. My own DD had an incident of online bullying recently and although the bully had managed to delete it before she could screenshot, other friends had seen it and were able to back up her case to her HOY.

I also have this problem with my dd and on line bullying. It is so upsetting. If this person has set up a page in your dds name is it possible to trace who has done that? Question for all you IT experts out there as the same as happened to my dd? She is out of school now as a result of her anxiety.
